Get to Know "Kimbo"

How did you get involved in rugby?
"As a freshman in college, my roommate and I decided to try something different. I stuck with it."

Other interests:
"Biking, hiking, photography, the beach, travel."

If I had a million dollars I would ...
"Travel, and shower myself with gifts and chocolate, obviously."

Favorite rugby memory:
"Oh my God Stef, give me the BALL!!", among many many others."

Rugby mentors/inspirations:
"I owe most of what I know to Peter Steinberg and Barb Fugate. They taught me to be a student of the game and pushed me to continue learning from every experience. I have also had the privilege of playing with some wonderful teammates, including all of my Penn State teammates who first showed me the importance of team, my U23 teammates who exemplified the value of overcoming obstacles, Devon Boyle who taught me it was important to be able to laugh during the middle of a tough game, and Ines Rodriguez who always inspires me to bring my game to another level. "

Favorite Motto/Saying:
"Some people are like slinkies: good for nothing but they can still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs."
