How did you get involved in rugby?
"My friend in college asked my to play rugby, I had heard of the sport before because my Dad played when I was a kid."

"Anything active and outdoors."

Favorite rugby memory:
"The first sevens camp I ever went to, in Park City, Utah. I'd never before been in such a high performance environment."

Rugby mentors/inspirations:
"Ines Rodriguez has been the best example of an elite rugby player on and off the field. I've learned a lot, from watching her, about how to lead a high performance lifestyle."

Coaching influences:
"Pete Steinberg is a great coach that I continue to learn so much from. Chris Ryan and Drew Fautley have also had a tremendous impact on my rugby career."
